Resolución de descuadres contables e impagados.
Controles diarios.
Involucración en diferentes proyectos dentro del equipo para la mejora de procesos y sistemas.
Escalado de incidencias.
Requerimos:
Grado en ADE, Economía o similar.
Experiencia en banca de al menos 1 año. Preferiblemente en gestión de operativa en Back Office.
Nivel de Excel alto.
Inglés nivel B2-C1. Demostrable a nivel oral.
Muy valorable tener conocimientos en prestamos sindicados y Structure Finance.
Valorable tener nociones básicas de Python..

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in data engineering or software engineering projects.
Advanced programming skills in Python for developing data processing pipelines.
SQL proficiency and experience working with relational databases (experience with NoSQL databases is a plus).
Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS.
Experience with scripting languages like Bash for automation and scripting tasks.
Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker.
Experience with Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data-related issues.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.
Desirable
Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies.
Familiarity with Machine Learning (ML) techniques and frameworks, as well as Large Language Model (LLM) technologies is highly desirable.

This role focuses on data exploration, validation, and collaboration, requiring a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding datasets, performing in-depth evaluations, and delivering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Rapidly explore new datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and nuances.
Conduct in-depth evaluations to validate data quality and alignment with project objectives.
Generate actionable insights to optimize the use of structured data in AI systems.
Design and execute data validation protocols to ensure the accuracy and consistency of structured datasets.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and corner cases.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, product, and engineering, to deliver high-quality outputs.
Translate complex data findings into understandable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Expertise in analyzing large structured datasets (SQL) in cloud environments (Snowflake, AWS), QA processes, and anomaly identifications.
Proficiency in Python for data processing and data manipulation
Familiarity with data visualization tools (streamlit) to present findings effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to draw insights from complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities
Rapidly understand new datasets, including corner cases and nuances, to optimize their use in AI systems.
Design workflows for integrating and validating structured data.
Write detailed specifications for structured data agents aligned with business goals.
Design and execute testing protocols for data validation and QA, resolving inconsistencies.
Contribute high-quality Python code to structured data agent pipelines.
Integrate LLMs for structured data processing and dynamic problem-solving.
Work cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Product, and QA teams.
Clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Python for data processing and AI development.
